Proprietary Applications: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these Applications on your devices for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
Open Source Applications: These are provided under their respective open source licenses (e.g., MIT, GPL), governing your rights to use, modify, copy, and distribute the software. Licenses are in each Application’s documentation or repository. Purchased open source Applications include this license, with payment granting access to our hosted version or support.

Restrictions

For proprietary Applications, you may not:

Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble them, except as permitted by law.
Remove copyright notices.
Distribute or sublicense without consent.

For open source Applications, restrictions follow the license, which may allow modification and distribution under conditions.

Intellectual Property

Proprietary Applications are owned by BRO FOR PRO, IE or our licensors. Open source Applications’ rights are governed by their licenses, with our contributions owned by us, subject to those terms. Purchases do not transfer additional ownership.

User Obligations

You represent that:

You are at least 13 years old or have parental consent if under 13.
You will comply with applicable laws and any open source license.
For purchased Applications, you will follow additional terms provided at purchase.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party analytics services and payment systems. For open source Applications, these are optional unless you integrate them. Third-party terms apply.

Termination

For proprietary Applications, we may terminate your access if you violate these Terms, requiring you to delete copies. For open source Applications, your rights persist under the license, but we may terminate hosted access or support for violations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law or license. We do not guarantee error-free or secure performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRO FOR PRO, IE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For proprietary or purchased Applications, liability is limited to the amount paid. For open source use, liability follows the license, and we are not responsible for third-party modifications.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, excluding conflict of law principles, and comply with GDPR for EU users.

Changes to These Terms

Updates will be posted on our Site, with significant changes notified via email or notice. Continued use signifies acceptance.
